What to Expect: The Flow + Restore class is a soothing 60-minute session designed to accommodate beginners through intermediate yoga enthusiasts. This class employs the Vinyasa style, gently guiding you through a sequence of postures, starting with basic asanas and progressively introducing more challenging poses for those who wish to elevate their practice. The emphasis is on smooth, flowing movements synchronized with the breath, fostering a peaceful, meditative state. Towards the end of the class, restorative asanas are introduced to release tension and relax both the mind and body. The gentle release and restoration segment serves as a calming conclusion to your yoga journey, leaving you feeling balanced, rejuvenated, and deeply connected with your inner self. Choosing the Right Yoga Practice for You
Yoga is truly a journey of self-exploration, a path that leads you towards physical well-being and mental tranquillity. When you begin your yoga regime, it’s essential to practice with a specific intention in mind. Your intention can be an area of your life you wish to cultivate or improve. It may be to nurture more compassion, build physical strength, tone muscles, foster mindfulness, manage stress, alleviate pain, or any countless number of personal goals. By practicing yoga with intention, you imbue your time on the mat with purpose, giving each pose or sequence significance that transcends the physical act itself and resonates with your broader journey toward well-being and self-improvement. Remember, the purpose of yoga is not to achieve perfection, but to consistently progress and grow.

Your intention will also help you choose the style of yoga that’s right for you. In my classes, I focus on and integrate different styles of yoga into various formats: Mindful Vinyasa, Flow + Restore, Restorative Yin Yoga, Yin & Yang Yoga, Y6 Hot, Y6 Restore, and Mindful Meditation.
