As a yoga instructor with over seven years of experience, Jenny’s mindful approach to teaching takes her students on a journey; a transformative process that goes beyond the mat, extending into every facet of life. She firmly believes in maintaining a compassionate and sacred space for her students where they can freely unlock newfound self-awareness and illuminate the path to self-discovery. 

The goal of her teaching is to empower each individual to listen to their body, honor their personal needs, and embrace their inner strength. 

Yoga is more than asanas and the movement of breath. It’s where we draw mindfulness into action, and a place where we open the pathways of our inner space to gain inner sight and truth. Yoga, in essence, is the light that brings us closer to our BECOMING.

In her classes, you can expect to experience a harmonious blend of strength, toning, mobility, and alignment exercises. She encourages her students to explore their boundaries, discover their potential, and enjoy their evolution in practice.

Jenny seeks to make yoga accessible to all, irrespective of age or fitness level, fostering an inclusive and welcoming yoga community.
