Loving-kindness is a practice of providing compassion to others, but to do so we have to learn to give that to ourselves first. In this month’s audio guided meditation, we will focus on a Guided Meditation to Receive Loving-Kindness.
Practicing loving-kindness meditation regularly helps us increase our capacity for forgiveness, connection to others, self-acceptance, and compassion to others and ourselves.

Feel and bask in the warmth of their loving-kindness, and as you listen to this, open your heart to receive their strength and love for you.
