What to Expect?
In this 2-hour guided meditation, we will start with gentle movements to help you release the tension in the physical body and lead into a supported Shavasana pose to prepare the mind and body to ease into a meditative state. At each stage of meditation, I will guide you into a deeper state of relaxation through visualization and conscious breathing to cultivate mindfulness. Aromatherapy will be included toward the end of the session as we wind down and bring our mind and body back to center in a seated pose. Finding a moment of gratitude through meditating on the heart.
