8pm – Vinyasa/Yinyasa Flow* (LA Fitness, Santa Fe Springs)

9:45am – Vinyasa/Yinyasa Flow* (LA Fitness, La Verne)
8pm – Vinyasa/Yinyasa Flow* (LA Fitness, Baldwin Park)

12pm – Vinyasa/Yinyasa Flow* (LA Fitness, West Covina)
4:30pm – Power Vinyasa Flow (Triad Fitness, Azusa)
6:15pm – Vinyasa Level 1-3 (The Yoga Funk, Glendora)
8pm – Vinyasa/Yinyasa Flow*  (LA Fitness, West Covina)

4:30pm – Vinyasa/Yinyasa Flow* (LA Fitness, La Verne)
7:30pm – Vinyasa Flow (Triad Fitness, Azusa)

5:45pm – Vinyasa/Yinyasa Flow*  (LA Fitness, Chino Hills)

🙏  SUNDAY CLASSES.

9am – Vinyasa Level 1-2 (The Yoga Funk, Glendora)
11am – Vinyasa/Yinyasa Flow* (LA Fitness, Glendora)

* LA Fitness Classes are open to all levels, alternating between Vinyasa Flow and Yinyasa Flow every other week. The Vinyasa Flow focuses on strengthening, toning, and flexibility while the Yinyasa Yoga focuses on stretching into deep connective tissues, muscles and joints.
