Recognizing Our Vulnerability to Find Our Strength

When I first set out on my yoga journey, I was lost. It took time and space to bring myself into a deeper state of healing through self reflection, acceptance and love. But through practice of patience and compassion to oneself, I’ve found that it takes far more strength to surrender our mind, body and spirit so that we may begin to let go and move forward. 

Sometimes in the midst of the silence, tears would flow down my cheeks. But in those tears I found my release and the truth. I saw the strength and beauty in being human, being okay to show our vulnerability and above all else to let ourselves feel and process in order to heal. So as I share this now, I hope that we all can be kind to ourselves, set aside the judgement and love ourselves for our past, present and future. Namaste. 💕
