Meditating on Gratitude

This week, my students and I meditated on gratitude as we led and finished the class. The positive vibrations of our practice brought light, love, happiness and warmth into the room. Our energies came together as one and the power of connecting our mind to our bodies through our breath flowed as one. I am so blessed to have my students and this opportunity to teach what I love and share it with them.

Thank you for this blessing and for all that was, is and will be. Let us spend this day and every day in a state of gratitude so we may find a deeper understanding in what was, peace in what is and possibilities in what will be. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
