Jumping rope is a killer cardio workout that sculpts every inch of your body. It helps tone your core and builds stamina. You can even jump rope between body-weight exercises to keep your heart rate high.
3. HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
High-intensity interval training, or HIIT, is a new workout that I brought into my routine these last few years. It’s a great workout when I am short on time. It combines short bursts of activity with total-body toning.

Indoors or outdoors, stair workouts are one of my favorite ways to spice up my cardio routine. It is great for booty-toning and cardio workouts.
Kickboxing is a workout I add into my interval training. With short rest periods and high bursts of energy, this workout engages your entire body, tones your core, and improves your posture, digestion and breathing.
TIME TO RECOVER
Whatever cardio workout you chooose, make sure to refuel and rejuvenate. Pack in clean, high-protein and whole foods to refuel your body. Set aside one or two days for recovery.
