This year, I have taken my yoga journey outside the studio. In each practice, I envision the world with infinite opportunities. When and where I practice is inspired by seizing the moment and feeling for the present. In light of this, one of the enlightening opportunities I have participated in is Wanderlust 108 events.

More recently, I attended Wanderlust 108 | San Diego where I was joined by my furry friend Mochi. Excited for another mindful triathlon,  Mochi and I set our intent for the day as we headed into the 5K run/walk, yoga and meditation. Here are a few highlights from road trip to Wanderlust 108 | San Diego!

Wanderlust 108 is such a wonderful opportunity and experience to share and indulge in the wealth of yoga, meditation and sustainability. Although their spring events are coming to a close this May, Wanderlust 108 will be back this fall. In the meantime, block off a day or two – or even a few – and join your local yoga family at one of their festivals! For the full festival schedule near you, click here for more information!
